1. Besides checking the general look and "overall quality" of submitted sites, we look to see if sites are viewable in Netscape and Explorer.

2. We ensure that sites are spam-free with no pop-ups, other intrusive internet marketing ploys or harmful/annoying programs being run.

3. We make certain that both contact AND billing info is listed and verifiable, and that the business providing the service is the actual business that is billing for the service.

4. We generally don't accept sites looking very amateurish to us, including sites that may have side-to-side scroll bars, sites that are difficult to navigate, sites with too much flash which could crash some browsers and basically any sites that are not what we consider to be up-to-par with what we believe represents quality.

5. Multiple submissions at the same time from one company are not accepted. Sites with little to no content (ie: sites with just phone numbers or "generic" types of ads) will be rejected. Submit your best site.

6. Web cam, Keen, Niteflirt and similar sites are not accepted. Submissions from companies advertising rates lower than $1.99 per minute will also be rejected.

7. Site banner submissions should be 25K or less in file size please.
